Pitch Deck Platform

The Pitch Deck Platform presents partner decks as interactive web pages instead of flattened PDFs. Each deck can sit behind a password, ask the reader to sign an NDA first and stay off phones, and admins manage decks, the NDA text and every signature from one dashboard. It was built for Glenhouse, then rebuilt under the OwlCTO name for more than one client, with a white-label mode for a client's own branding.

Decks as web pages

Each deck is a set of React slide components drawn from a theme, with touch and keyboard navigation, progress tracking and animated transitions. For every deck an admin sets the title, theme, custom address and background, and whether it needs a password, an NDA or a larger screen.

Deck passwords are checked on the server, and the deck API strips them from anything a non-admin can read.

The NDA is signed by drawing on a signature pad. The server builds the agreement as a PDF with the signature embedded, and admins can review every signature per deck.

A Puppeteer script captures every slide exactly as it appears on screen and packs them into a landscape PDF, which the deck viewer offers as a download.

Multi-client and white label

The December 2025 rebuild groups decks by client, each with its own addresses, and adds a client portal where a client signs in to manage its own decks. Portal passwords are hashed with scrypt and compared in constant time, sessions live in httpOnly cookies, and password resets use one-time links that an admin mints, with no email involved.

A white-label mode swaps the homepage to a client's logo, colors and tagline from a single configuration file.

Highlights

  • Deck passwords verified on the server and never returned to non-admin readers.
  • Drawn NDA signatures embedded in a server-generated PDF agreement.
  • Client portal passwords hashed with scrypt, with admin-minted one-time reset links.
