This site is run by Corey Silvia, a sole proprietor based in Phoenix, Arizona. 35 Designs and OwlCTO are trade names of Corey Silvia. In this policy, “I” and “me” mean Corey.

Nothing about you. This site:

• sets no cookies;
• runs no analytics, tracking pixels or ads;
• has no forms, accounts or sign-in.

Like any website, the company that hosts it (Vercel) handles basic technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. I don't use that information to identify or follow you.

The only personal information I receive is what you choose to send by email or text: usually your name, how to reach you, and details about your project.

I use it to reply, to talk about your project and, if we work together, to do the work. I don't sell it, rent it or share it for marketing. It's shared only with the services I use to run my business, such as email and phone providers, or when the law requires it.

As long as it's useful for our conversation or project, and as long as the law requires for business records.

You can ask what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email contact@coreysilvia.com and I'll take care of it.
